  32. My usual output power is around 730 mW - with this I regularly
  33. work countries in Asia and the South Pacific from here in Hawaii.

  35. One of the greatest things with regard to QRP is the simplicity
  36. of the transmitters; I use the same design circuit for several
  37. bands - it calls for three 2N2222 transitors. If you've got a
  38. junked TV set or broadcast band radio then you've got enough 
  39. parts to build an xmtr. 
  40.  
  41. A nice high dipole, or longwire with good ground and homebrewed
  42. tuner, and you're all set to have the greatest of fun.

  53. I wanted to make quite clear the the misc. junk that I posted onto
  54. rec.radio.amateur.misc is stuff that does belong to the database.  I
  55. haven't had time to incorporate it.
